Designer Ruslan Baginskiy is well known in the Ukrainian fashion community. He specializes in headwear and accessories and is the founder of the eponymous brand Ruslan Baginskiy.

A bit of biography: he was born on September 5, 1989, in Lviv. He studied at the Faculty of Geography at Lviv National University named after Ivan Franko. At the age of 20, he began his career as a stylist, working on photoshoots and runway shows for Ukrainian designers. He created his first hat in 2011 for a photoshoot – and this marked the beginning of his career. He taught himself various techniques, trained with Lviv’s artisans, and interned at ateliers, where he honed his skills.

In 2015, he founded the Ruslan Baginskiy brand in Lviv. In 2016, he introduced one of his most iconic designs – the Baker Boy Cap, which became a signature piece of the brand.

A year later, he opened a showroom in Kyiv and presented his first collection at Ukrainian Fashion Week in 2017. In 2019, he made his Paris debut, showcasing a collection of haute couture headwear during Haute Couture Fashion Week. His hats quickly gained popularity among global celebrities such as Madonna, Rihanna, Miley Cyrus, Bella and Gigi Hadid, Pamela Anderson, Taylor Swift, and many others.

In 2023, Ruslan Baginskiy became a finalist for the ANDAM Fashion Award, recognizing his significant contribution to the global fashion industry.
