As we follow the development of the Ukrainian fashion community, it is equally important to recognize the charitable efforts of our favorite designers. Today, the social message conveyed by a brand is more crucial than ever.
For example, since the beginning of the invasion in 2022, Ivan Frolov has been actively supporting Ukraine.Ivan’s team began their charitable journey during the Revolution of Dignity, uniting with fellow designers to create protective gear for the Maidan. So, when the full-scale war started, the brand’s production and workforce swiftly adapted to manufacturing large quantities of military apparel for the Armed Forces of Ukraine and those affected by the war.
Regarding his contribution to the army, Frolov states:
"We are certain that every Ukrainian is doing everything possible right now to bring our victory closer... Every day, thanks to our support, new vests and plate carriers are being produced."
In 2022, the brand launched a charitable NFT project to support the Ukrainian army. The first NFT was introduced as a symbol of Ukrainians’ courage in the fight for freedom. All proceeds were directed towards the production of bulletproof vests to protect Ukrainian soldiers.
Additionally, the FROLOV HEART charity project was initiated—a limited collection of sweatshirts featuring unique hand-embroidered hearts. The entire sum raised, amounting to 4 million UAH, was donated to the "Masha Foundation"by Maria Yefrosynina, which supports Ukrainian children affected by war, and to Serhiy Prytula’s NEST fund.
"Since the brand’s inception, our logo has been the anatomical human heart. It best represents what we consider the greatest value—human life, filled with love," says Ivan Frolov about the project’s symbol.

Later, FROLOV collaborated with the jewelry house SOVA to present a silver heart enamel-coated in the colors of the Ukrainian flag. The collection was limited to just 1,000 pieces, with 100% of the proceeds donated to the "Hospitallers" medical battalion.

In conclusion, Ivan’s efforts have been recognized internationally—he became a Resilience and Social Impact award laureate. His brand continues to support Ukraine’s victory while simultaneously promoting Ukrainian culture on the global stage.
